Payments
For regular bookings our payment terms are: Complete
payments are due in full before any bookings.
Any changes to the original booking price, such as additional waiting
time, car parking, additional stops and address changes will automatically be
charged from the credit or debit card and that you provided upon booking. For
account bookings additional charges will apply to the final invoice. By Making any
booking with us customer is bound to pay his payment by any means either we
have to get it via 3rd party recovery companies or via court, All
extra charges including admin charges will be payable by the client.

Cancellation and Refund Terms
Less than 24 Hours any cancellation will be fully charged,
and if its before 24 hours it can be reduced to 50% by the acceptance of the
Administration of Euro Car Hire Ltd
Cars and Minibus
In case the booking is cancelled by the Customer
within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid
will be non-refundable.
If multiple vehicle bookings are cancelled by the
Customer for any major social and business events, within 5 days from the start
of the period of hire, 100% of all monies paid will be non-refundable.
If the customer
does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, we will
give 15 minutes grace period before we pull off the driver, should the driver
need to wait further on a waiting charge will apply at £30 per hour, charged by
the hour plus any parking all monies paid will be non-refundable.
If a booking is
cancelled by the Customer for major sporting events such as Wimbledon and
Ascot, within 5 days from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all monies
paid will be non-refundable.
UK Airport Chauffeurs require a
minimum of 24 hours' notice for any online bookings.

utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot
accept any responsibility for delays caused by natural circumstances are beyond
our control.
The driver will
drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic
and the legal speed limits.
Clients are
responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and or exterior of a
vehicle on hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting
required in order to reinstate a vehicle to working order – as well as any
subsequent loss of earnings for the driver for the consequence of their vehicle
being off the road.
We may provide
subcontracted vehicles occasionally.
By supplying
your email address and phone numbers you permit UK Airport Chauffeurs to contact you, in return we promise
never to supply your personal details to any third party.
We reserve the
right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.
Every effort
will be made by UK Airport Chauffeurs to ensure that our vehicle(s)
or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.
Our
Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless
instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.
UK Airport
Chauffeurs vehicle(s) and
sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third-party claims.
However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and UK
Airport Chauffeurs shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.
UK Airport
Chauffeurs will keep a lost property book at their office, and will
endeavour to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted
vehicle(s) to the customer.
UK Airport
Chauffeurs and its
chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be
under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat
either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
UK Airport
Chauffeurs maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its
vehicles.
Online
quotations do not allow for public and bank holidays like Christmas Day, New
Year's Eve and New Year's Day. On Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day
there will be a 100% surcharge on all journeys. All other Bank Holidays
will be subject to a 25% surcharge.
All major
sporting events such as Wimbledon and Ascot are charged at a premium rate which
may mean online bookings for these types of events may not be valid.
Transfers from
the airport
We offer
Airport Transfers from All London Airports. We will collect you from the
airport and take you to your destination.
UK Airport
Chauffeurs covers all the
airports in the UK, including London Heathrow, London Gatwick, London Stansted,
London Luton, London City Airport, London Southend, Manchester, Birmingham and
more.
We give 60
minutes free waiting from the time of landing at no additional cost for
International flights and 45 minutes for European flights. For arriving
passengers £10 apply for meet and greet services.Plus Parking at cost
At UK
Airport Chauffeurs, the safety and satisfaction of our customers is of
utmost priority. UK Airport Chauffeurs is fully licensed by Transport
for London's governing body which regulates and licenses London cabs
and private hire operators. For your safety and peace of mind all our
chauffeurs are licenced by Public Carriage Office under fully
enhanced CRB Disclosure checks.

Chauffeurs reserves the right to amend, change,
delete or add to these terms and conditions whenever necessary without prior
notice.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions
can affect the Client's' statutory rights.
